The officers at the nearby police box fear him more for his sheer noisiness than for any actual threat. Due to his extremely intimidating and self-centered personality, he spends his time bullying those he deems loners by punching them in the shoulder and picking fights. If the victim loses their temper and snaps, he and his clique mock them while repeating insincere, superficial apologies to force a situation where the victim has no choice but to accept.
