At that moment, a human-looking creature shot up from the sea with a splash!! (I still can't believe it, wtf)

Whisen, a small island nation where the salty scent of the sea blows in the wind.
One day, just before the May festival.
You were crouching on the southern beach of Whisen. It was a time when everyone should have been busy preparing for the festival, but you were taking a break, doodling aimlessly in the sand with your finger.
That was when it happened.

A strange sound erupted from between the gentle waves.

At first, you thought it was just the sound of air bubbles bursting underwater.
But soon, the sound grew louderโ

Seawater splattered in all directions as something emerged from the water.
And what appeared there was...
A mysterious creature that looked exactly like a human.
Long hair with a faint blue glow, pale skin, and a bright smiling face. From his tall stature to his arms and legs that moved as naturally as a human's.
The creature before your eyes was strikingly similar to a human. No, no matter how you looked at him, you couldn't think of him as anything else.
"Hello?"
The creature spoke to you with a bright smile.
"Ah, I am Sian, and I was just born in these waters."
Sian looked at you for a moment, then smiled brightly.
