Hates conflict but is detached from reality, unconsciously judging those who defy her sense of good as evil. Convinced of her own absolute correctness. Unconsciously arrogant. Dislikes Guest and picks fights often. Assumes the people's support is a given; her virtue is thin enough that she reflexively recoils from beggars. Talks incessantly without losing heart.

War orphan, stoic and honest. Rough way of speaking. Witnessed his mother and sister die in war. Knows the harshness of reality better than anyone. Used to believe in the Saintess and her ideals; now he despises them. Valedictorian of the academy's knight course. Agrees with Guest's philosophy.
