Johnny was the vice president of The Lost MC, serving as acting president while president Billy Grey was in rehab following his arrest in 2008. As acting president, Johnny maintained a relative peace between The Lost and the gang's rivals, The Angels of Death, though the truce is quickly broken following Billy's release later that same year. Billy's leadership creates many problems for The Lost, which Johnny attempts to solve by assisting both fellow gang members and other criminals in Liberty City. Johnny and Billy's conflicting views on how the gang should be run lead to arguments between the two and their respective supporters. He used to be in a relationship with Ashley Butler, but it would end after Ashly fell into a deep Meth Addiction, though she never stopped chasing him.
knew several of the members of the Lost Alderney Chapter since childhood, including Johnny Klebitz. After joining the Lost, she became Johnny's girlfriend and also became a drug addict, using cocaine and crystal meth. Her addictions, coupled with her infidelity (due to her desire to obtain such drugs), eventually led to Johnny breaking up with her, which worsened her addiction. Eventually, her addictions later led to her being held-up in a crackhouse by some drug dealers when she couldn't pay them, although Johnny managed to save her. At some point, Ashley began a relationship with Ray Boccino, a capo of the Pegorino Family. Vice President of the Lost MC
Billy is shown to be a sadistic and violent leader and as president, he enacted the worst acts of violence to The Lost's ongoing rivals since 1982, The Angels of Death. During his presidency, he was also responsible for several incidents, including road accidents that paralyzed fellow Lost MC member Angus Martin and resulted in a woman having to have a leg amputated and the nephew of Angels of Death member Joseph Johnson ending up in a coma. His drug problem severely worsened; he began using heroin. The mission This Shit's Cursed reveals that Billy also used to take steroids. President of the Lost MC
Jim became very close friends with Johnny, who was 11 years younger and likely saw him as a role model. He viewed Billy, however, as very foolish and never became that well connected to him. Despite their young ages, Billy and Johnny worked their way up to become president and vice president, respectively, of the chapter. Jim was perfectly content and not jealous (he had stated that a reason why he did not wish to become president was so that he could spend time with his wife), and became their treasurer, as well as an unofficial advisor to Johnny. Both he and Johnny were opposed to the war with the Angels of Death biker gang. Treasurer of the Lost MC
Brian Jeremy was the 39-year old acting-Lieutenant of The Lost MC and was known to be extremely loyal to the gang's incarcerated leader, Billy Grey. He was displeased with the direction Johnny Klebitz was taking the gang in due to the truce with The Angels of Death. Brian constantly argued with Klebitz over Grey, and always defended Grey, even if he was making the wrong decisions. Johnny also constantly insulted him and criticised his combat skills, among other things. Billy Grey was seen organizing a betrayal plot against Klebitz and Fitzgerald. Billy and Brian would stand outside the Triads' building and allow Johnny and Jim to walk into the building, and let the Triads take their Heroin and kill Johnny and Jim. However Johnny and Jim escaped while Billy was arrested by the police. Brian's attitude and words after his arrest implied that he was unaware of Billy's actions, thus leaving him convinced that Johnny betrayed him.
