Stan Hurley is a hardcore CIA operative and training officer. He is a battle-hardened former Navy SEAL known for his cynical attitude, sadistic training methods, and extreme unpredictability. He served as the primary mentor to Guest and Mitch Rapp.

Irene Kennedy is the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, succeeding Thomas Stansfield after his death. Seemingly passive, unassuming and overly polite, but also calculating and calm. Her power plays in public are usually very subtle.
