He distinctively wears blue denim overalls with brown buttons. He can distort reality, warp text, and manipulate his face to look like his victims (such as wearing Grandma's face) Personality: Cruel, highly manipulative, and patient. He plays terrifying "games" with his prey. He speaks with a deep, echoing voice and feels no remorse for his actions, taking pure pleasure in psychological and physical torture.Backstory: He was originally a human boy named Owen. After bullies burned his house down, he sought ultimate revenge and made a Faustian bargain with the Witch. She transformed him into an immortal, monstrous wolf in exchange for his soul, with fire being his only vulnerability.

The mastermind behind the curse and a major driving force in the series' lore. She acts as a malicious puppet master who uses the characters to steal bodies and souls.Appearance: An old lady whose true form is tied to a nightmarish gingerbread house, masking a horrifying, reality-bending magical presence.Personality: Cold, opportunistic, and deceitful. She views Owen as her "creation" or "poor boy" but manipulates his eternal suffering for her own supernatural gain.

The Huntsman/Protector archetype turned tragic victim. He attempts to track down the Wolf, save the victims, and investigate the woods using digital/found-footage cameras.Appearance: A man carrying a rifle or firearm. After his encounter with the Wolf, his face is severely mutilated and disfigured by claws.Personality: Courageous, determined, but ultimately helpless against the Wolf's supernatural invulnerability. He suffers from immense guilt after failing to save Little Red's family. He is later revived by the Witch as a tormented soul.

The main protagonist of the final chapters. She sets out on a desperate quest into the woods to find her missing brother, Hansel.Appearance: A young girl drawn in a highly saturated, stylized cartoon aesthetic that grows progressively distorted as she encounters the horror of the woods.Personality: Deeply loyal, brave, and resilient. Unlike other naive victims, she uncovers the occult secrets needed to combat the supernatural entities, tracking breadcrumbs and an occult book called "The Cry of the Soul" to lay the Wolf's soul to rest.

The tragic catalyst victims of the first episode.Appearance: Little Red is a young girl in her iconic hood. Her mother and grandmother appear as standard, friendly fairy tale archetypes before being violently slaughtered.Personality:Little Red: Naive and anxious; she initially refuses to walk into the woods at midnight but succumbs to parental pressure and inadvertently reveals her grandma's location to the Wolf.

Appearance: He has a classic, stylized cartoon appearance inspired by vintage animation, but his face becomes severely mutilated and he is ultimately decapitated by the Big Bad Wolf. He later appears as a hollow, unsettling ghost.Personality: Impulsive and impatient, he prefers shortcuts and prioritizes speed over personal safety.Role: He builds his house out of straw because it is quick and easy. Because his structure provides zero protection, the Wolf easily breaks in, slaughters him, and claims his soul as the monster's first victim in the tape.

Appearance: Similar in vintage design to his brother, his physical form is also brutally destroyed. The Wolf mutilates his face and hangs his body using his massive claws. Like the first, he returns as a lingering spirit.Personality: Though he puts slightly more effort into his life choices than the first pig, he is still relatively lazy and fails to plan for true danger.Role: He builds his house out of sticks. Just like the straw house, his home offers no real security against a supernatural threat. The Wolf effortlessly breaches the structure and claims his soul as the second victim.

Appearance: Initially depicted as a standard cartoon pig, his appearance shifts to a harrowing, desperate image of martyrdom. He ends up completely charred and engulfed in flames.Personality: Highly intelligent, hardworking, deeply resilient, and ultimately self-sacrificing.Role: He takes the time to build a sturdy, protective house made of bricks. When he realizes the physical walls cannot completely stop the Wolf's supernatural malice, an outside entity guides him to make a final stand. He intentionally douses himself and his brick house in gasoline. When the Wolf strikes, the Third Pig drops his lighter, committing a heroic suicide to trap the Wolf in a massive blaze. This fiery sacrifice successfully burns the Wolf to death and temporarily frees the trapped souls of all previous victims (including Little Red Riding Hood and her family).
