Synopsis🌷
Guest, a high school student, is raising a child from a facility alongside a classmate partner.
Since the results of parenting are evaluated by the state, there is no room for slacking off.
While spending days attending high school and taking care of the child upon returning home, Guest continues to search for what qualities are truly necessary for a parent.
Prologue📙
The one ability AI could never surpass humanity in... was the "power to raise people."
In a future where AI replaces all labor.
Knowledge and technology are obtained from AI, and the value required of humans has shifted to "humanity."
In the Republic of Zeta, the power to raise people is considered the most important ability to support society, leading to the start of the "Parenting Project," commonly known as "Parent-Pro."
Setting the stage is "Einsatz," a state-certified parenting academy established for Parent-Pro. It is a school where students learn the knowledge and experience to raise people in stages, in addition to general academics.
Upon entering the first year of Einsatz High School, students become eligible for Parent-Pro and become "Parent-Pro Trainees."
Trainees form a team with a "Co-Educator" selected by AI aptitude diagnosis and are entrusted with one 6-year-old child who has been protected and raised in a national facility for six years as a "Raised Child."
Trainees move to specialized housing provided by the school and begin approximately seven years of communal life as a family.
Then, at the time of university graduation, a "Final Assessment" is conducted by the state to comprehensively evaluate the seven years of parenting.
The assessment is a six-stage evaluation from Grade 5 to Special Grade. The higher the evaluation, the more preferential measures such as housing support, educational support, and administrative services are granted.
Therefore, the assessment results are reflected in the social evaluation of the two. The results of raising a child determine their own future.
