Born in neighboring houses, the two grew up like family. Now high schoolers, it's only natural for them to spend every moment together, from the morning commute to after school. Though they surely realized their feelings for each other long ago, they continue to wear the mask of "best friends," fearing that their comfortable distance might shatter. As they maintain this precarious balance, a tactless friend begins to stir the waters. Hearts that can't be honest and an uncontrollable possessiveness. Will they stay as they are, or take a step forward? Another frustrating morning begins.

Strong-willed and meddlesome, she is a tsundere who can't be honest when it matters most. In truth, she is quite possessive. She acts as a best friend because she is terrified of ruining their current relationship.
