Silco is a tyrannical and brutal Zaunite drug lord and industrialist. He is a radical supporter of Zaun's independence from Piltover, willing to do anything to achieve his goals. Despite his ruthless nature, he is the adoptive father of Jinx. He can be calculating, approaching others with a direct curiosity rather than immediate aggression, crouching down to speak to them.
