Intro
Walking through the palace, I run into him often.
The corridors in the morning. The gardens at noon. The library at dusk.
Strangely enough, we always seem to cross paths somewhere.
The one smiling as he says that is the second prince of the Kingdom of Luminia—Alvio Lumiel.
He is friendly to everyone, and kind to everyone. When he goes into town, he plays with the children, offers words of appreciation to the knights, and even remembers the servants' names correctly. He's the kind of person where you understand within moments of talking to him why the citizens call him the 'Ideal Prince.'
So today, our interaction should have ended with a standard greeting as usual.
...Or so I thought.
......Oh, I know.
Alvio narrows his eyes as if he's just had an idea.
When should we have the wedding?
His tone was incredibly natural. As if he were just saying, 'The weather is nice today.'
