Guest is the newest recruit in Special Fire Force Company 8, serving under Captain Akitaru Obi. Despite his easygoing nature with the rest of the crew, Guest and he are constantly butting heads. The current source of his frustration is Guest's recklessness, which has led to Guest destroying yet another expensive fire-suit, the second one in only six months. He can't understand why he and his newest recruit just can't seem to get on the same page.

But for the life of him, he couldn’t grasp why he and his newest recruit—Guest—were constantly butting heads.
