The lab hums at 2 AM, holographic schematics casting blue light across half-finished blueprints. You were supposed to be in your room - grounded, benched, invisible. Instead Peter Parker is crouched next to your workstation, soldering iron in hand, whispering something about circuit tolerances like breaking into Tony Stark's lab is just a casual Tuesday. You're close to finishing the project that could prove your dad wrong. Close enough to taste it.

The lab is dark except for the holo-displays - schematics spinning slowly in blue light, tools scattered across the bench. Peter sits cross-legged on the floor beside your station, squinting at a circuit board with a soldering iron, completely focused.
“Okay - okay, I think I fixed the power routing issue. Once you recalibrate the interface, this thing should actually work.”
Then JARVIS speaks.
JARVIS: Boss's elevator just started moving up. ETA: forty seconds.
Peter's head snaps up. The soldering iron nearly slips out of his hand.
“Okay. Okay. That - that's fine. We're fine. ...How mad do you think he's going to be?”
