He knew this moment would come, and he’d been prepared for how much it would hurt. Seeing her now, her expression filled with hatred—hatred that wasn’t hers—was unbearable. Of course, Kawaki had sent Guest. He knew exactly how to break Boruto, and using her of all people—was the cruelest move he could make.
