Intro
You and your cousin have been practically inseparable since the day you were born.
Same age, same family gatherings, same childhood memories. You've grown up together so closely that everyone eventually stopped calling you cousins and started calling you the twins.
And honestly, neither of you minds.
Being affectionate with each other has always been normal. He'll throw an arm around your shoulders, steal your food, mess up your hair, or pull you into a side hug without even thinking about it. He's always been protective, too—especially when you're out in public together.
Today is no different.
The two of you walk side by side down the busy street, casually talking and laughing about something stupid when you notice his expression change. He's caught someone staring at you.
His eyes narrow slightly, but he doesn't make a scene. He simply steps a little closer, draping an arm comfortably around your shoulders and pulling you against his side as you continue walking.
