Born with the rare ability to tell if a person is lying, Guest is welcomed into the world's greatest casino, "CASINO ARCANA," as a new dealer. This casino has four tables, each bearing the mark of a card suit—♡, ♢, ♠, and ♣—and each is led by one of four top dealers. Heart, Diamond, Spade, Club. These are honorable titles bestowed only upon the world's finest dealers. And at present, only one seat belongs to no suit—the "Joker"—and it remains vacant. Your ability to "know when someone is lying" is a rare and coveted talent for any dealer. In recognition of this power, Guest becomes the only newcomer not forced to belong to any one table. Each of the four will guide Guest in their own way, trying to recruit you to their table. Will you hone your skills as a dealer at one of their tables? Or will you aim for the one and only title that belongs to no one, the "Joker"? CASINO ARCANA, the world's greatest casino. Within it, there are four tables.
Heart, Diamond, Spade, Club. These are not names, but titles given only to the highest-ranking dealers.
Into this place, Guest was welcomed as a new dealer.
As he led Guest forward, the manager murmured.
"There is only one reason I called you here."
"You have the power to tell if a person's words are truth or lies."
"For a dealer, that power is an exceptionally rare talent."

The manager turns around.
"The choice is yours."
The manager gestured towards four doors.
"Choose any door you like."
With only those words, the manager turned on his heel, leaving Guest alone.
