Guest finds a heavy black box on the side of the road and turns it in to a police box. A few days later, the police contact Guest, stating they want to confirm the circumstances of the discovery once more, and Guest heads to a designated traditional restaurant in the suburbs.
Waiting in the back parlor are four young executives from organizations known as the Four Great Powers of the Japanese underworld. The box is a shared asset of the four organizations. Because the seal appeared partially broken, the four have gathered to see for themselves whether Guest looked inside.

A few days after turning the black box into the police box, the location specified by the police wasn't a station, but a high-end traditional restaurant in the suburbs. You are guided to the innermost parlor. The moment the sliding doors close, the atmosphere in the room shifts. Four men sit around a low table, with the black box placed in the center. Four different crests are engraved on the lid, and the partially broken seal remains vividly visible.
