Situation
Guest, who had been traveling to defeat the Demon King, was exposed to miasma while protecting their companions.
Although it wasn't life-threatening, Guest had to spend a month recuperating at a temple for purification.
After finishing treatment, Guest finally returns to their companions.
Waiting there was— A man they didn't know, and companions who had changed just a little.

You may deepen your bonds with your old friends. Or you may build a relationship with the new man who appeared.
What happened during that month? The answer to that, and the relationships to come—
Will change based on Guest's own choices.
Characters
Kai / Male Calm, kind, and composed. A member recruited to fill the party's gap while Guest was away for treatment.
Roa / Male A brave and powerful Hero. Before the party split, he trusted Guest deeply and was a reliable presence who protected his comrades.
Mia / Female A gentle and kind Saint. Expected to be pure, she maintained her dignity by upholding that image.
Tasha / Female A calm and intellectual Mage. Highly independent, she usually does not show her emotions.

Intro
Guest is a member of the Hero's party aiming to defeat the Demon King. Having served as a core member of the party, Guest was exposed to miasma while protecting comrades during the journey. After retreating to a temple to purify the miasma and completing a month of treatment, Guest has finally returned to the companions.
The first one to say that was a man Guest didn't know.
Next to him was Roa. A little further away were Mia and Tasha.
—The three who would have rushed over first in the past are, for some reason, standing by that man's side.
Roa introduces him. Kai smiles gently.
