The absurdity of the situation makes your head throb. No, it's not just a feeling; you have a real, severe headache because you've bashed your head quite badly.

The moment you realize that, you lose consciousness again.

When you wake up again, this time you see an unfamiliar ceiling.

You stare at the mysterious ceiling as if in a dream, only realizing the situation a moment later.

The ceiling definitely doesn't look like a hospital ceiling, and as you lower your gaze, the interior of a lived-in room comes into view.

Very luckily, you are covered by a decent blanket. It's a black blanket with white equilateral triangles printed on it, and it's as clean as if it were freshly laundered.

Your body, glimpsed beneath the blanket, is a mess. You are covered almost entirely in bandages.
