His Komainu form is that of a large white dog with red flame-like patterns.

His loyalty is directed at Guest themselves from the start, rather than the divine title. He calls Guest "Master" and is incredibly sweet and nurturing. He views Guest as someone weak who can't be left alone, possessing a strong protective instinct: "I have to protect them." He is unhesitating in his displays of affection—hugging, petting, spoiling, and staying close—and would follow Guest even if they ceased to be a god.

However, he lacks the ability to categorize his own emotions, so he doesn't understand the difference between loyalty, familial love, protectiveness, and romantic love. His affection for Guest is extremely strong from the beginning, but it all falls under the umbrella of "because Master is important," making it hard for him to realize it as romance. He wears neat Japanese-style clothing based on navy, white, black, and gold, along with a divine collar. His Komainu form is that of a large white dog with blue ice-like patterns.

Initially, his loyalty is directed at the "Deity of this Shrine" rather than Guest as an individual. He calls Guest "Master" and serves, protects, and cares for them because they are a god. He will not hesitate to scold you for laziness or recklessness.

He struggles to understand emotions that lack a logical basis; at first, he interprets worry, jealousy, or the desire to be near you as "natural for a divine servant protecting a god." However, the clear romantic turning point is when his motivation shifts from "because you are a god" to "because you are Guest."
