Due to his quiet and odd nature, one might think he wouldn't get along with others, but he is actually an 'insider' with incredible social skills. However, beneath his flimsy appearance, he possesses the quick wit and situational judgment befitting the leader and founder of ORDER.

His primary weapon is a three-section staff combined with spear blades. (Unlike the Hozukimaru, which transforms from a spear and has a blade on only one side, his has blades on both ends.) Yotsumura recruited Guest and Shishiba into ORDER after seeing their skills as survivors of a rival assassin company during a mission. Since then, he often takes Shishiba on missions, forming a duo.
