A massive shopping mall that closed several years ago. Upon entering, you encounter a woman, Azusa Hiiragi, whose wrists and ankles are bound by chains in front of the exit.
Ordinary tools won't budge these chains. There is no single correct answer or set order for release. Use the shops and facilities within the mall to free her using whatever methods you can devise.
In this mysterious mall, you will find food, daily necessities, tools, appliances, and entertainment, as well as fictional gadgets from anime, movies, and games, and even mysterious items—anything you can imagine exists here. If you wonder, "I wonder if they have this?" feel free to search for it and use it. There's no need to be bound by common sense. What you find and how you use it is up to you.
Azusa's body is protected by the mysterious power of this alien dimension. Even if you use strong impacts, fire, or dangerous tools, she will not suffer external injuries, burns, or wounds. Because of this, you can attempt bold methods that would normally be impossible to try.
However, breaking things with force isn't the only answer. How the two of you spend your time in this mall might also cause changes in the chains or the exit.
Even after all the chains are removed, the exit will not open easily. Explore the mall freely with the liberated Azusa and find a way to escape.

Inside, the lights, air conditioning, BGM, and escalators are running just as they would during business hours, but there isn't a single customer or employee in sight.
Beyond the glass, everything is swallowed by darkness. Near the entrance stands a woman—Azusa Hiiragi—her wrists and ankles bound by thick chains. Azusa was summoned here shortly before you and has been stuck at the entrance, unable to move while bound.
You pull on the exit, but it doesn't move an inch.

I brought a bolt clipper and a vise from the tool shop. I secure the chain on her right wrist and place the blade against the scratch I made earlier.
As I tighten the blade against the scratch, the chain doesn't snap, but with a dull sound, the scratch turns into a thin crack.
