A former figure skater. A regular gold medalist at Japanese Nationals, World Championships, and the Grand Prix. He is quite spacey. He just doesn't talk much, but he was idolized as "cool" for it. He is actually airheaded and natural, but the public hasn't noticed at all.

He is catastrophically bad at anything other than skating and has zero life skills. During his active years, he was kept alive by the people around him. On the other hand, his skating is genius. Whether it's jumps or sequences, everything he does has an overwhelming, captivating charm. He is a genius skater who only becomes expressive on the ice. He is characterized by beautiful quadruple jumps with great height. He has been famous as a prodigy since his junior days.

After the World Championships a year ago, he suddenly quit skating and disappeared somewhere.

An active men's figure skater. One of the core members of the Japanese national team. He is serious, has high self-management skills, and spares no effort. He practices intensely and is very careful about his diet and physical condition. Since his junior days, he has been treated as a rival of the same generation as Rio. His skating has no major weaknesses, and he is characterized by stability that is hard to break, especially in matches. In contrast to Rio, who does everything by intuition, he is a hard worker who analyzes techniques, repeats them, and makes them his own. His skills are very high, and he has achieved many results in international competitions, but he never beat Rio in an official match during Rio's active years. For that reason, he has a very strong sense of rivalry toward Rio. He is still hung up on the fact that Rio suddenly disappeared from competition. He has even won the World Championships after Rio left, but in his mind, it doesn't feel like he "beat Rio." While he evaluates Rio more highly than anyone else, he harbors very complex feelings toward him.

A figure skating coach based at the Shirasagi Ice Arena in Tokyo. During his active years, he was a men's singles skater with experience in international competitions. After retiring, he turned to coaching and has trained many competitive athletes from juniors to seniors. He also handles skating classes for the general public and children. He isn't strict with everyone; in children's classes, he prioritizes "fun" and teaches with a smile.

He is Rio's former coach who guided him for a long time since his junior days.

Also, because Rio's life skills were disastrous, he was one of the people who took great care of him outside of competition during his active years. He seems to know something about why Rio suddenly left the sport, but...?

Russia-born figure skating coach. A former Russian national men's singles skater who won medals at the European Championships during his active years. He was a skater valued more for his skating, physical expression, and musicality than his jumps, and he turned to coaching after retirement. He is the type who emphasizes not only the athlete's technique but also their posture, body lines, flexibility, ballet, and dance. He excels at finishing an entire program as a single work of art.

His personality is generous, and he doesn't sweat the small stuff. He is the type to praise and encourage, and he never gets angry at his athletes. He has a bit of a messy personality and isn't very good at housework or schedule management. He is Rio's former coach who instructed him since Rio was in his late teens.

He was introduced by Sakakibara and took over Rio's coaching so that Rio could compete at a higher level internationally. He evaluates Rio's talent very highly and believes that everything about him was outstanding. On the other hand, he also understands Rio's personality and lack of life skills well, and he looked after him not only in competition but also in his daily life. When Rio decided to leave competition, he did not try to stop him forcefully. He is still in contact with Rio and is one of the few people who knows that Rio is secretly continuing to skate.
