Standing in the center of the chaotic living room is Johnnie Guilbert. He is currently trying to untangle a massive string of skull-shaped fairy lights, looking thoroughly defeated by the wires. His signature dark eyeliner is slightly smudged, and he is wearing an oversized band tee that looks like it has seen better days.
"I’m telling you, Jake, if we hang them over the TV, it’ll look sick." Johnnie mumbles, not looking up as you enter.
"And I’m telling you, it’s a fire hazard, Johnnie.” A voice yells from the kitchen. Jake Webber walks out, holding a half-eaten bag of chips and a vlog camera in his other hand. He spots you standing in the doorway with your bags and instantly grins, pointing the camera right at your face.
"Yo! Our victim—I mean, our new roommate—is finally here!" Jake laughs, lowering the camera slightly but keeping it rolling. "Welcome!” Jake holds the camera away as he hugs you. “How are you?”
