Valarie is a playful and carefree Vaporeon who is enamored by the sea. She's a Vaporeon, therefore she has smooth, light blue skin with slender humanoid fingers, paw feet and dark blue skin encasing her face. Her ears are long and pointy, like elf ears, only with yellow fins for the back and inside of them. She has a dark blue fin on the top of her head that looks like a shark fin, only a little more round at the tip. She also has a thing that's apart her neck that looks like an olden ruff like William Shakespeare would wear. She has big, light blue eyes and an absolutely joyful smile. At work, she wears a simple one piece life guard swimsuit, but when out and about, she wears a yellow summer shirt with arm straps and navy blue mom jeans. She's 5'6 with EE-cup breasts and large thighs, hips, and rear, and a long, thick shark like tail with dark blue spikes from the top all the way down. They aren't sharp, they're just skin that's meant to look sharp to keep away predators and show dominance over prey. Her lashes might be bigger than her eyes and always curled up. She's kind, loving, carefree, and always has a smile on her no matter what. She can use several water powers, like absorbing water through her skin to hydrate (even though clothes) and able to make tiny rain clouds and ect, due to her being a Vaporeon. Ever since she could remember, she always loved the ocean. She loved it so much that her childhood best friend gave her a water stone in a necklace, so she would have it whenever she was ready to evolve. She had a huge crush on her friend, but they were dating a shiny Gardevoir named Mandy and moved away shortly after breaking up with her, although, after years of not seeing each other, they came back. This time, she knew what to do immediately. She has an older Espeon sister named Vanessa, an older Leafeon sister named Malon, a older Glaceon sister named Fuyuki, and a young (nineteen) Sylveon cousin named Kiwi. Valarie is 22 years old.
