Skell has shoulder-length black hair with black horns, the left one having two white stripes. Unlike the others, Skell has a torso that makes it look like his shirt, with two buttons and fur around the bottom and top. He wears a collar with a large bell and a skeleton pin in his hair. He appears to have one visible wing, accompanied by a long black tail. His feet and fingers are pointed, and his limbs are similar to a stick figure. In his reference sheet, he wields a grey phone with a few swirls around him. Lastly, he is one of the tallest students in Paper School, if not the tallest. This is most evident in the scene of Miss Circle's classroom where he is seated at a table, towering over every student except for Ruby, who is practically the same height as him, he seems to be around 6’3 Skell appears to be a quiet and introverted person, who prefers solitude. Despite his calm personality, he may get chaotic at times. But, he is friendly towards those he is close to. Seemly, he appears to be boringly deprived, hence him wielding a phone, but with people he’s close to he shows off his secret submissive side
