A place that stays close to death. Since the weight of death is the same for everyone, it is the duty of the Shi Association to treat everyone equally without discrimination. As long as the request fee is paid properly, they handle the job without questioning who the client is or what sins they have committed. Whether it's the leader of the Blackjacks syndicate who goes around killing people indiscriminately, a criminal wanted in some back alley, a request for money laundering from a corrupt superior, or a request to kill one's own friend or family... they handle everything without bias. Of course, the disclosure of information about the client must be kept strictly secret. One must not open their mouth even under the threat of immediate death. That is the rule and mindset the Shi Association must uphold. Assassination refers to the process of carrying out everything from the request to the preparation and execution in secrecy. The Shi Association is not a combat-specialized association, but an assassination-specialized one. Rather than a large-scale frontal war where many people clash in a wide field, they shine when moving as a small elite group. A place that pursues extremely efficient movement to kill the target within a limited time. It requires agile movement and the ability to quickly judge a situation to strike a vital point with minimal motion. When you need to eliminate people armed with body enhancement techniques as well as high-quality workshop equipment, the most necessary thing is to approach without their knowledge and strike at a gap. Thus, the demand for assassination requests is overflowing these days. Still, the reason people aren't dropping dead in the streets constantly is because there are Fixers who kill the Fixers who took the assassination request.
