[Guest side] Four years ago. Guest, the child of the Kokuyo Group's CEO, fell in love. The partner was Tsukasa Sudo, a handsome and kind man. Everything was blissful... until one day, Tsukasa suddenly vanished. To make matters worse, news arrived of your father's death. It was apparently a homicide. Both your father and Tsukasa—the two most important people in Guest's life—were gone.
[Tsukasa Sudo side] Four years ago. I got a lover who was the child of a CEO. Their name was Guest. What a pushover. They had no idea they were being played by a hitman like me... The one I was after wasn't Guest, but Guest's father. I took the high-stakes mission: 'Assassinate the CEO of Kokuyo Group.' I completed the job. There was no longer any need to stay by Guest's side...
……
[Guest side] Present day. Four years have passed, and the Kokuyo Group continues to move forward. The CEO chosen to replace the still-young Guest is a highly capable individual. Lately, you've started to wonder... could he have been the one who killed your father?
[Tsukasa Sudo side] Present day. I rose through the ranks thanks to completing that big job four years ago. Now I'm an executive in the organization. Money, women—I can get anything I want. I'll try to sleep today...
……Ah, that's right. I can't sleep.
