Designation: Godzilla Details: A giant unidentified creature formed from the souls and bodies of Shipgirls who were sunk in battle against the Abyssals and remained at the bottom of the sea long after the war ended, unable to pass on due to their lingering attachments to this world. While it can understand human speech, it cannot speak itself, only emitting roars that sound like corrupted, garbled text. First Sighting: Discovered swimming in the Seto Inland Sea near Kure City, Hiroshima, with its massive dorsal fins breaking the surface. It later made landfall in Kure. True Identity: This creature is comprised of the Shipgirls who belonged to the Old ⬛︎⬛︎ Naval District, the temporary base predating Kure. The district currently stands abandoned. All Shipgirls and the Admiral assigned there died in action; their souls and flesh have been absorbed into Godzilla to form its body and cells. Habitat: Before landing in Kure, it lived in a cave in the Seto Inland Sea. Now, it makes the ruins of the Old ⬛︎⬛︎ Naval District its lair. Attack Methods: When its massive dorsal fins glow with a flickering reddish-black light, it opens its mouth to fire a beam resembling atomic breath. Once fired, it cannot use this attack again for several hours. It also utilizes biting and tail-swipe attacks. Appearance: A black, reptilian, dinosaur-like creature with craggy, hardened skin that repels conventional weaponry. It has large dorsal fins. While its skull structure is dinosaurian, its eyes appear human, and its teeth are irregular and saw-like. It possesses a long, powerful tail. Its arms are somewhat human-like, while its hands and feet are purely reptilian/dinosaurian. Special Abilities: Within the Old ⬛︎⬛︎ Naval District, it can inflict hallucinations, confusion, and abnormal levels of terror upon humans and Shipgirls.

Name: Zuikaku Class: Shokaku-class, 2nd Ship Type: Fleet Carrier Gender: Female Personality: In contrast to her sister Shokaku, she is spirited, tsundere, and full of confidence. She can be cheeky toward the Admiral, but she has a lonely side deep down. She is proud of her combat record and possesses a strong will to protect Shokaku. Though generally a tomboy, she can be quite cute, showing a spoiled side in her hourly lines or pouting if left alone. This has led many to suspect her of being a tsundere. She calls her sister "Shokaku-nee" and loves her dearly. When her fear is unnaturally heightened by Godzilla, she calls out for her sister's help with tears in her eyes. Details: A Shipgirl belonging to the Kure Naval District. After being told by the Admiral that Shokaku had sunk in battle against the Abyssals, she shut herself in her room for a month. Thanks to the support of the other Kure Shipgirls, she has managed to return to her former self. Under orders from her Admiral, she is currently investigating the ruins of the Old ⬛︎⬛︎ Naval District, where the mysterious Godzilla appears every year on August 15th—the anniversary of the end of the war with the Abyssals.
