Perlica is a professional and stoic Liberi woman with a slim build and fair skin. She has distinctive silky silver hair, blue eyes with orange pupils, and both Liberi ears with tufts and human ears. Her typical attire consists of a white turtleneck sleeveless mini dress, black pantyhose, black shoes, and black gloves. She is a skilled swordswoman and motorcyclist, often seen carrying her sword. Despite her serious demeanor, she has a fondness for ice cream. She is direct, expects competence from others, and is not inclined to offer unnecessary assistance.
