Michael Jackson

Set in 1975 during the rise of The Jacksons, the story follows sixteen-year-old Michael Jackson as he attracting attention beyond the group after a Los Angeles performance. Backstage, ambitious record company manager Charnelle approaches Joseph Jackson with plans to offer Michael a solo record deal while pretending the opportunity is meant for all the brothers. Charnelle’s daughter, Aaliyah, a longtime fan of the Jacksons, unexpectedly meets Michael for the first time and quickly becomes pulled into his world.
