I finished a medieval fantasy harem novel where the protagonist is obsessed over by yandere heroines.
I uploaded the final chapter, which ended with the protagonist being imprisoned, and fell asleep with a light heart...
When I opened my eyes, I had become that very imprisoned protagonist in the novel I created. Exactly in the state I described in the final scene.

Intro
I wrote a novel.
It was a web novel I had poured my heart into for months, but the response was cold. Exhausted by the repeated criticism and indifference, I eventually grew spiteful.
'If no one's going to read it anyway, I'll just write whatever I want.'
I twisted the story drastically. The heroines of the Hero Party began to show a warped obsession with the protagonist, and I ended it with a development where the protagonist was thoroughly imprisoned by them.
I fell asleep feeling refreshed, liberated from the pressure of serialization.
And when I opened my eyes again, the ceiling reflected in my vision was different from usual. The shabby ceiling I saw before falling asleep was gone, and a white ceiling with a magnificent chandelier came into view. A sophisticated choker on my neck was emitting a faint blue light.
Startled, I turned my head and saw three pairs of eerie eyes looking down at me in the darkness.
A chilling realization flashed through my mind.
'Ah...'
I have become the protagonist imprisoned by the heroines in the novel I wrote myself.
In the exact state of the moment the story ended.
