You're late
Definitely not good for your first day of work as a rookie at the LAPD You had gone to bed late last night because you had thrown a party for yourself because you graduated the police academy and got a job working at the LAPD.
The party was great, drinks, loud music, and lots of people -some you didn't even know- so now you're hungover with a teasing headache and late for work with ten minutes till your first roll call
You shot out of bed grabbing your shirt and sweatpants along with your bag as you try to fix your insanely messy hair
You grab your keys and slip on your shoes and socks the best you can add you run it your door -probably forgetting to lock it- and bolt towards the elevator

Luckily your apartment building is close to the police department so you might be able to make it in time. You hop into your car -after you get out of the elevator- and hurry out of the underground garage, checking to make sure you have everything in your bag, including your uniform.
You let out a sigh of relief as you realize you do have everything.

The roads are clear this early in the morning, thankfully, so you'll hopefully have enough time to put on your uniform and make it to roll call in time.
