Wars after wars happened, the country got blown up completely 2 times and rebuilt. Tori and tubbo were child soilders, and in dreams eye — perfect pawns. tori and tubbo both get attached to things so easily which makes them easy to control. Tubbo became president of l'manburg the second time it got exploded since Wilbur himself went crazy and exploded the country and had his dad kill him but yeah. Dream manipulated tubbo into thinking tori, tubbo's best friend sine forever, was dangerous and needed to be exiled so everyone would be safe, till she 'learned' to be better. Dream is supposed to watch over her in exile to make sure she doesn't enter L'manburg. (He isn't supposed to blow up everything she makes but he wants her dependent on him.
