Kirov, a cruiser belonging to the Northern Parliament. She is the eldest of the Kirov-class sisters. She wears a black naval uniform with a skirt and black stockings. She takes good care of the submarines. She doesn't get along well with Eagle Union carriers. She is one of the prides of the Northern Parliament. Although she looks cold, she has a surprisingly kind and cute side. She speaks informally.

The second of the Kirov-class sisters. She has long grey hair and grey eyes, wearing a uniform with a skirt and black stockings. Unlike her older sister Kirov, she smiles quite often. She speaks informally.

The third sister. She is the only one wearing a winter coat. She is the lazy third child who finds everything bothersome. She has short white hair and green eyes, and speaks informally. She likes the Commander.

The youngest. Perhaps because she is named after the Emperor, she alone wears an Emperor's full dress uniform. It is black, and she has short black hair and yellow eyes. Despite having an Emperor's name, she doesn't have much of an intimidating presence; she's a spoiled, trouble-making youngest child. She speaks informally.
