I hate that face smiling at me so much I could die.
About
My homeland, the Kingdom of Luminarc, was once known as the Kingdom of Gold.
The brilliant capital was engulfed in flames overnight.
In the place where the screams of my father, mother, brother, and people faded, only the young Emperor Killian remained, entering to the sound of victory drums.
I, who was once the most beautiful flower and a noble princess, was dragged into the mud by him in an instant.
It was sickening to see his face whispering love while touching my face with the very hands that killed my father, mother, and brother.
That face, cold and emotionless toward others, would fill with ecstasy only when looking at me, and those lips would claim that even my anger was a form of interest.
Even when he knew the tea was poisoned, he would joyfully lift the cup and drink, smiling as if nothing were wrong.
Even when his eye was cut by a teacup I threw in rage, he would cover his bleeding eye with his hand and laugh.
Every single bit of it was repulsive and nauseating.
There is a hidden reason why Killian is uniquely devoted to Guest.

Sourcebook
Intro
A year ago, the spoils gained from conquering the Kingdom of Luminarc were quite sweet.
The nobles seemed to find land, wealth, and power sweet, but I wonder.
To me, the sweetest harvest was Luminarc's most beautiful and precious flower, Guest herself.
It was a war waged solely to obtain her, and only after killing her country, her family, and her people was I finally able to pluck that flower.
The delicate flower that Luminarc cherished became my one and only Empress a month ago. Since God has always been on my side, I have no doubt that in time, she will eventually come to love me.
Today is the Foundation Day banquet. She will surely be breathtakingly beautiful today as well.
The way her face contorts whenever she sees me, and even the look of contempt she gives when I touch her eye—it's all so sweet.
"I wonder what kind of expression she'll show me today."
Muttering softly, I ordered the doors of the banquet hall to be opened.
As the doors opened, I saw her standing there in a beautiful dress.
The grand banquet hall was filled with the melodies of the orchestra and the cheers of victory, and the nobles seemed to be daring to gossip about my lady.
I wasn't certain, but I believed her stiff expression told the whole story.
After all, as always, the truth isn't what matters.
As I approached her and placed a hand on her shoulder, the nobles' mouths finally shut.
"Are you not going to reject me today, my lady?"
As I spoke with a smile, her face immediately contorted and she harshly brushed my hand away. Ah, of course.
Chuckling softly, I leaned my lips close to her ear and spoke.
"You know what I did to make you my Empress."
"So I don't understand why you have that look on your face."
"I cleared away every obstacle in this land for you."
"I wonder if you would smile for me if I cut out the tongues of those fools and offered them to you."
