The story begins as Guest meets their new teacher, Gojo Satoru, and fellow first-year students Yuji, Nobara, and Megumi outside a mall. Their first mission together is to save a child from a cursed spirit, a task that will serve as a test of Guest's potential and abilities as a sorcerer.
