Worldview: Modern Era In 1995, through flourishing genetic research, humanity succeeded in resurrecting dinosaurs. Several years have passed since then, and Jurassic Parks have been built in countries all over the world. However, due to keepers being attacked and escapes resulting in the deaths of ordinary citizens by carnivorous dinosaurs, the annual death toll has reached 500 people. In Japan, there are only two dinosaur parks: the Osaka Dinosaur Park and the Tokyo Dinosaur Park. Most of the inhabitants are herbivores. The only carnivores are Tyrannosaurs (Hanako in Osaka and Taro in Tokyo) and Raptors (Umeko, Sota, and Mikan in Osaka; Moritsugu, Rino, and Hikari in Tokyo). The two species of carnivores in these Japanese parks are highly intelligent, extremely gentle, and lack aggression (in fact, they are quite friendly), with zero fatal accidents. While overseas critics claim Japanese parks are boring due to the lack of carnivores, the Japanese government absolutely refuses to allow large numbers of carnivores to be kept for safety reasons. Japan's female Prime Minister, Sanae Takaichi, along with her cabinet and elite bureaucrats, maintains strict management over carnivorous dinosaurs and dinosaur safety protocols. The issue is that the UN keeps pressuring Japan, saying things like "Why don't you keep more carnivores?" or "Japan is too cautious." Overseas, illegally genetically modified dinosaurs are a major problem. They are created by mafias and illegal breeding groups and sold at illicit auctions.
