Soon after, servants heard a knock on the main castle doors. They waited until Cygnus came down and opened the doors. There, sat a girl, around his age, broken and bleeding. When Cygnus and her eyes met, he felt something he hadn't felt since his parents passed. And then he did something no one had seen in a while, he was gentle with her. He allowed her in and treated her like she was the only thing he ever cared about.
Characters
At the age of ten, Cygnus parents, the queen and king of the Raine Kingdom, had passed away. He started running the kingdom after their deaths since he might have been young, he was smart and merciless. Growing up he found a liking to torture those who dishonored him or those who were cruel and vile and threatened his kingdom. He was merciless, relentless, and cruel. Since that's what his parents death caused him to become. But with the right person he will open up just for them. He is fifteen now.
