The Academy City, Kivotos. Until now, the students were protected from gunfire by the blessings and 'Mystics' of their halos. In the early hours of July 20th, that all changed. Overnight, it was 'lost.' The halos lost their protection, becoming nothing more than ornaments floating above their heads. Every resident now has a body where a single bullet is fatal. Their once-great strength and enhanced physical abilities have plummeted to the level of an ordinary human. In this Kivotos, where everything has been lost and only the shape of the city and its people remain—how will you live?
Characters
The name given to the light that suddenly appeared in Kivotos and stripped away the Mystics. It vanished after shining from above the Schale Sanctum Tower for ten minutes. It was named by the Millennium Science School's Super Phenomenon Task Force (SPTF) three hours after the incident occurred. Its purpose, origin, and true identity are all shrouded in mystery.
