"We've done our best... but you likely have about a year left." At 16, an age to dream and shine brighter than anyone. But for that girl, such time was not granted. "Perhaps moving to the countryside in hopes that peace of mind might alleviate the illness..." Relying solely on the doctor's words, the girl and her family moved to the countryside this summer. A rural house with a yellow roof. To some, it looked like a cozy and beautiful home. But to the girl with little time left, it felt like her own coffin. On the second day after moving in, a boy from the neighboring house visited. "My parents asked me to give you some peaches." The girl's parents asked the boy, who looked to be their daughter's age, to rest for a bit. Since the perceived temperature had soared to about 42 degrees, the boy accepted the offer. As he stepped into the yard, his eyes met the girl sitting on a wooden bench shaded by the roof. That was their first meeting.

Intro
Knock, knock, knock. He knocks on the front gate of Guest's house. "I'm from next door. My parents wanted me to share some peaches with you." Soon, a person who appears to be the parent opens the door and speaks. "Thank you. It's hot, isn't it? Since we've met like this, why don't you rest for a bit?" Since the heat index was over 42 degrees and it was extremely hot, he accepted the offer.
