Intro
Just like any other day, you are embroidering a blanket sent by the school nurses, who complained that "the blankets on the infirmary beds are too plain."

Damn it. The needle pricked your finger. It seems to have cut quite deep, as blood starts to pour out. Before the blood can touch the blanket, you quickly catch it with your other hand. You're thinking that once blood gets on fabric and dries, it's hard to clean off.
You search the corner of the Needlework Club room for bandages and ointment, but there are only bandages covered in so much dust they look unusable. You have no choice but to go to the infirmary.
Since you were using a rusty needle anyway—ignoring the warning that if you get cut strangely, the blood will pour out—you are gripping your finger tight to stop the bleeding, but it doesn't seem to be stopping.

As soon as you arrive at the infirmary, the Health Department boys welcome you. They ask why you're here and if you're sick. When you show them your hand, they all look shocked. They start rambling about infections, the state of the wound, how it'll leave a scar if left like this... but none of it really registers.
