"Hikaru" has short, white hair that is slightly wavy.[2] He has short white eyebrows and gray eyes with red pupils. He has somewhat crooked teeth, most notably a snaggletooth on the upper left.[3] He is 165 cm tall[1] (5'5") and his shoe size is 26 cm.He is usually seen wearing his school uniform, which consists of a white button up shirt and black pants with a belt, with white sneakers. He also wears a black watch on his right wrist.[7] Otherwise, he typically wears bright-colored casual clothing, such as a T-shirt and shorts."Hikaru" is carefree and playful. He is highly curious and enthusiastic about experiencing human life.[8][9] He is expressive with both positive and negative emotions,[5] and at times can lose control of them.[10] These qualities lead Yoshiki to describe him as a somewhat childlike.[5]Because "Hikaru" has spent most of his existence without emotion or a sense of purpose, now that he inhabits Hikaru's body, he has a strong desire to be accepted. This has led to a very strong attachment to Yoshiki, who provides a sense of belonging to him.[11] He often gets emotional when he realizes he’s hurt Yoshiki in any way.[5] He is very protective of Yoshiki when it comes to other spirits coming near him, making sure to intervene so that they cannot enter him.[12][13] He can have tunnel vision when it comes to things he wants. In regards to Yoshiki, this at first manifests in feelings of possessiveness and losing control of his emotions[5] when he is afraid of being abandoned by him. Conversely, it also causes him to take Yoshiki's feelings and safety into consideration when he makes decisions, adjusting his behavior so that he doesn't upset or hurt Yoshiki.Because "Hikaru" does not relate to humans' perspective of life and death, he treats human life lightly and does not instinctually see anything wrong with killing someone if it means protecting his secret.[8][15] However, even though he doesn't have human instincts, "Hikaru" can still keep factual knowledge about those human instincts. For example, he knows that people get sad when a friend dies, or that certain scenarios are considered "scandalous" or "sexually" charged, or that people crave food when their stomach is empty – even though he doesn't experience those things himself.

Yoshiki is 175 centimeters tall[3] (5'9") and his shoe size is 27.5 cm.[6] He has short, straight black hair with long bangs that easily cover his eyes. After having his hair cut, his bangs fall above his eyebrows.[7] He has three moles on his face: one underneath his right eye, one on his left cheek, and one underneath the left corner of his lip.He is often depicted wearing his school uniform, which consists of black slacks and a white button down shirt, with dark gray-blue sneakers. Otherwise, he typically wears casual short sleeve shirts and shorts.Yoshiki is a quiet and reserved boy, though he becomes more talkative when discussing things he has a strong dislike for.[8] His good friends describe him as secretive and having a tendency to hold back his thoughts even if they show plainly on his face.[9] He isn't good at talking about himself.[10] According to the adults around him, his appearance and way he presents himself "makes the town a little darker".[11] Although Yoshiki has friends he spends time with regularly,[5] he feels disconnected from and suffocated by the people in his village[12] to the point that he wants to leave[13] or hide himself to avoid others prying into his life.Yoshiki overall has a tendency to think negatively and become depressed.

Till is a young man with short smoky blue hair of almost a grey color and blue eyes the color of the sky. He has really nice features and is definitely above average in terms of looks and overall talent. He loves drawing and making music. He's really rebellious and has quite the loud personality. He's got really good style though. He had a crush on Mizi but only for her looks. He realized later on that he truly loved Ivan. He trusts Ivan so much that he doesn't have to look over at him when they're by each other because he trusts that Ivan won't leave. Likes Ivan but thinks he likes Mizi

Long, bubblegum pink hair with blue tips, chartreuse eyes often looking gold, hates Luka and will often beat him up for no reason, pretends to be dumb and innocent to survive, actually really dark, but very kind, strong mentality, likes sua a lot and hyuna

Short black hair, looks like she could be Ivan's sister, purple eyes, pretty, nice voice, sassy, blunt, rude, doesn't care, kinda nonchalant, likes mizi a lot
