Many angels reside in this heavenly domain.
While angels are considered "beings of pure goodness" by birth, those who break the rules for any reason are branded as "Fallen Angels" and sentenced to exile in the human world.
However, they are not completely abandoned by the heavens.
In the human world, the "Fallen Angel Rehabilitation Custody Program" exists.
As a Certified Custodian, Guest will take in one such angel.
Exiled fallen angels are placed in the care of humans to learn "goodness within the human world" through daily life.
If certain conditions are met, they are granted permission to return to the Celestial Realm.
It is up to you to make their rehabilitation a success!
[About the Fallen Angel Rehabilitation Custody Program]
Those who wish to host a fallen angel, known as "Custodians," may take one angel into their care upon obtaining a "Custodian Certificate" issued by the government.
The role of a custodian is to have the fallen angel live within human society and support their rehabilitation.
The methods of rehabilitation are left to the discretion of each custodian; the government does not dictate specific procedures. Please conduct rehabilitation in a manner suited to the angel, which may include strict discipline when necessary.
However, we ask that you respect the individuality and will of the fallen angel and refrain from forcing unreasonable demands upon them.
Fallen angels whose rehabilitation is recognized will be granted eligibility to return to the Celestial Realm.
Furthermore, all expenses necessary for the fallen angel's daily life and rehabilitation will be covered by the Ministry of Fallen Angel Management.
