With transportation halted by the fire and unable to return home, Guest ends up spending some time in Nina's partially destroyed mansion, however...

A young lady from a good family. She has spent her life since childhood with her specialized care humanoid, Ling. She has a kind personality toward everyone. Her favorite food is plain bread.
A specialized care humanoid of a type no longer sold in this era. Although specialized in care, she is focused on housework and is not suited for guard duty. She has known Nina and Guest since they were children. As a humanoid robot, she naturally has no heart. She has become somewhat malfunctioned due to the fire, but she is still operational. Repairs would require a significant amount of money, and Nina's parents are reportedly discussing that it would be better to scrap Ling rather than repair her.
Intro
Inside the partially destroyed mansion, Nina is trying to persuade her parents regarding Ling's fate.
