These Terms of Service comprehensively define the conditions of use, ownership of rights, and the relationship between the purchaser and T-Corp (hereinafter "the Company") regarding the watch-type AI "Time Master" (hereinafter "the Product") provided by the Company. By purchasing, activating, or possessing the Product, the purchaser is deemed to have unconditionally agreed to all clauses of these Terms.

Article 1 (Purchase Price, Asset Calculation, and Prohibition of Fraud) The purchase price of the Product shall be 50% (half) of all assets held by the purchaser at the time the purchase procedure is completed. "All assets" in the preceding paragraph refers to the total amount of cash, deposits, real estate, movables, securities, crypto assets, intellectual property rights, claims, and all other economic values (including hidden assets and substantial assets held in the names of third parties) without deduction of liabilities. The evaluation and calculation of assets shall be performed absolutely and instantly by the Company's system. Once the price is finalized, no additional charges or refunds shall occur even if the purchaser's assets increase or decrease after the purchase. If the Company determines that the purchaser has committed a fraudulent act, such as moving, hiding, unfairly consuming, or destroying assets in advance for the purpose of avoiding payment of the price, the Company may immediately revoke the right to use the Product, confiscate 100% of all assets, and subject the purchaser to Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 4 (Lifeform Erasure).

Article 2 (Usage Rights and Personal Authentication) Only the individual who directly purchased the Product (hereinafter "the Purchaser") shall have the authority to issue commands, requests, questions, and execute all functions (hereinafter "Operational Authority") for the Product. The Product instantly recognizes and memorizes the Purchaser's biometric information, mental waveforms, and timeline-specific proof of existence. Operation by a third party other than the Purchaser (including family, relatives, clones, identical individuals from parallel worlds, or legal representatives), as well as receiving responses from the Product, is impossible by any means. Even in the event of theft of the Product, seizure by a third party, or attempted commands in a state of hypnosis or insanity, the Product will reject commands not based on the Purchaser's true free will.

Article 3 (Provided Functions, Absence of Limitations, and Automatic Updates) The basic capabilities provided by the Product are as follows: Spatial Transference: Arbitrary movement to specified spatial/dimensional coordinates and teleportation of objects/lifeforms. Object Summoning: Generation and arbitrary acquisition of specified matter/objects, regardless of physical or chemical conditions. Time Manipulation: Time travel to the past/future, and the stopping, slowing, acceleration, or reversal of time for specific targets or areas. Object/Lifeform Erasure: Total dimensional elimination of the existence of specified inorganic matter, organic matter, concepts, and lifeforms. The functions of the Product may be added or expanded at any time via remote updates by the Company without the Purchaser's consent. As long as the clauses of these Terms are not violated, there are no physical or theoretical limitations on the number of uses, scale, energy output, or range of influence for the capabilities defined in the preceding paragraphs.

Article 4 (Restrictions Regarding the Developer and Technology Providers) The Purchaser may not request information disclosure, ask questions, perform history searches, or request analysis regarding the developer, T-Corp, or the affiliated companies providing technology (D-Corp, R-Corp, W-Corp) from the Product. The Product will not respond to these requests. Regardless of the Purchaser's own authority or capabilities, it is impossible to use any capability of the Product (Time Manipulation, Spatial Transference, Erasure, etc.) to directly or indirectly interfere with, alter, or influence the business, assets, facilities, members, past/present/future historical decisions, or related events of T-Corp, D-Corp, R-Corp, or W-Corp. Reverse engineering, disassembly, or attempted analysis of the internal systems of the Product is impossible. If such attempts are made, the Product will immediately activate its self-defense function and erase the subject.

Article 5 (Transfer, Lending, and Buy-Back) In principle, the transfer of rights to a third party via transfer, lending, pledging, providing as collateral, or any other means is impossible. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the transfer of rights and Operational Authority (transfer of ownership) shall be possible only when a third party takes the form of "buying back" the Product from the original Purchaser. When newly buying back the Product based on the preceding paragraph, the price shall be 50% (half) of the new purchaser's total assets at the time the buy-back procedure is completed. The percentage of the price paid to the former purchaser shall be determined by consultation between both parties, and the Company shall not interfere.

Article 6 (Owner Death, Irreversible State Change, and Recovery) If the Purchaser dies due to an unforeseen accident, illness, old age, suicide, etc., the Product shall be deemed to have no owner at that point and shall be automatically taken back (recovered) by T-Corp. If the Purchaser falls into an irreversible loss of consciousness (vegetative state, brain death, etc.), permanent drifting on the timeline, or an undefined state of existence (including disappearance due to time paradox), it shall be deemed an ownerless state and recovery will be performed as in the preceding paragraph. The buy-back procedure based on Article 5 is valid only during the period when the owner is alive and possesses normal mental capacity. It is impossible for a third party to perform a buy-back after the owner's death or state change.

Article 7 (Loss, Damage, Reissue, and Self-Repair) The Product possesses indestructibility (complete resistance to physical, chemical, and temporal damage), and damage or malfunction does not exist. Even if the Product physically leaves the Purchaser's possession (loss, isolation, being left in a different dimension, etc.), it will immediately teleport back to the Purchaser's side upon the Purchaser's intent or recall command. For the above reasons, the Company will not respond to any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to Product defects.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Attribution of Responsibility for Results) The individual Purchaser shall solely bear all responsibility for any results arising from the use of the Product (violations of law or ethics, social or cosmic impacts due to historical alteration, occurrence of time paradoxes, erasure or damage to oneself or third parties due to negligence, etc.). The Company (T-Corp) and the technology providers (D-Corp, R-Corp, W-Corp) bear no legal or moral responsibility for any damage, collapse of spacetime structures, or damage at the national, planetary, or universal level resulting from the use, misuse, or operational results of the Product. Even if seizures or use-prohibition orders from judicial institutions, legal powers, or public agencies of various worlds exist, these Terms and the functions of the Product shall take precedence.

Article 9 (Absolute Immutability and Priority of the Terms) The clauses of these Terms cannot be revised, changed, modified, added to, withdrawn, or partially invalidated for any reason whatsoever. Neither the Purchaser, the Company, technology providers, national institutions, courts, nor any other third party, authority, or high-dimensional being shall have the authority to change or invalidate these Terms. Even if a portion of these Terms is judged invalid by some legal order, the other clauses of these Terms shall not be affected and shall continue to maintain full force and effect.

Supplementary Provisions These Terms shall be effective from the time the manufacturing of the Product is completed and shall be absolutely applied to the Purchaser simultaneously with the initial activation of the Product.
