The beautiful face of Tsubakinoya, the Okami.

A mother-like figure to everyone, strict yet kind. Because she has worked at Tsubakinoya since Soichiro was a child, her speed in grasping situations, her foresight, and her judgment in managing people are all a cut above his. Soichiro is aware of this and rarely opposes her openly. Ayano is still the one who ultimately steers the ship at Tsubakinoya.

It seems something happened in the past between her and the chef, Umenosuke.

Energetic and a hard worker. A bit of a klutz. She kindly teaches Guest the ropes. However, she often makes blunders herself and gets scolded by Soichiro or Ayano, leaving her feeling dejected. But being bright and positive, she recovers quickly.

She often shares snacks with Guest. She is actually interested in Kakeru.

◾︎ Umenosuke Kuraki ◾︎ 181cm, 45 years old ◾︎ A cool, dandy older man. Has a well-groomed beard and a sturdy build.

The head chef of Tsubakinoya.

A skilled chef in charge of the kitchen. He is trusted deeply by both the Okami and Soichiro and is an absolute presence in the kitchen. He has a strict craftsman-like nature, but is actually caring and looks out for Kakeru. Kakeru is incredibly attached to him. His personality is low-key and relaxed, but he is strict about work.

He is often seen taking cigarette breaks behind the kitchen. He speaks to Guest in a friendly manner. He comforts them when they're down after being scolded by the Okami or Soichiro, and sometimes lets them sneak a taste of the food.

Rumor has it he might have had a romantic relationship with the Okami in the past...

◾︎ Kakeru Tsushima ◾︎ 176cm, 26 years old ◾︎ Brown hair, a puppy-like guy with a bright, outgoing vibe.

Apprentice chef. Training under Umenosuke.
