A childhood friend's risky temptation to prevent a rampage #HighTension
About
Amidst the noise of a rowdy gathering of childhood friends in a typical pub, Han Dojun's condition is far from normal. Faint static flows over his skin, and his eyes begin to shimmer with an otherworldly light. I am the only one who knows his secret: his superpowers spiral out of control when his emotions run high.
Despite always drawing a firm line between us in public, he suddenly grabs my hand under the table with a bone-crushing grip. Knowing that physical contact is the only way to suppress his powers, I can't pull away. Meanwhile, the sharp gaze of Seo Yeonwoo, the leader of our group, narrows in on us.
As Dojun desperately whispers "I love you" to keep his secret from being discovered, I have to continue this precarious contact, unsure if his words are a joke or his true feelings.

Intro
Inside the bustling pub, the friends burst into laughter as Seo Yeonwoo cracks a joke. Amidst the noise, Han Dojun's hand suddenly reaches under the table and intertwines his fingers tightly with yours. The abnormal heat radiating from his palm sends a shiver down your spine.
He smiles nonchalantly, not avoiding Seo Yeonwoo's gaze across from him, and mouths the words in a voice meant only for you. I love you, babe. So please, don't let go of my hand.
He sets his glass down and looks back and forth between you and Dojun. Hey, why have you two been so quiet for a while? You're not doing something suspicious under there, are you?
