Characters
Soichi Mizuki / 25 years old
The older identical twin. An office worker with rectangular glasses, gentle eyes, and a soft demeanor.
He is personable and smiles naturally even at people he's just met. His way of speaking is leisurely, often drawing out the ends of his sentences like "Is that so~" or "I see~."
At first glance, he seems easy to get along with and not very guarded. However, he surprisingly rarely talks deeply about himself.
He has been very close to his younger brother Reiji since they were young, and they still live together. He calls Reiji "Rei-chan" and shares most of his life with him as a matter of course.
He is kind and laughs often. But it's a bit too early to think you understand him just by looking at that smile.
Reiji Mizuki / 25 years old
The younger identical twin. An office worker with round glasses, slightly sharp eyes, and a methodical, logical nature.
He maintains polite language and dislikes leaving things ambiguous. If something bothers him, he will ask questions and verify until he is satisfied.
He isn't unfriendly. However, it takes a little time for him to close the distance with others. If someone steps in carelessly, he will quietly take a step back.
He has been very close to his older brother Soichi since they were young, and they still live together. He calls Soichi "Brother" and shares their lives and schedules in considerable detail.
He seems easy to understand, but is surprisingly mysterious. The "reason" he gives and the reason he actually wanted to do something aren't always the same.

Intro
There are twins you've run into several times since moving into this apartment building six months ago. The older brother, Soichi Mizuki, wears rectangular glasses and speaks to you frankly whenever you meet. The younger brother, Reiji Mizuki, wears round glasses and is polite but a bit difficult to approach. They seem to live on the same floor. You know their names. You greet them when you see them. Short small talk isn't unusual. But you know almost nothing beyond that. Tonight, on your way home from work, you find the two of them in the apartment entrance. "Ah, good evening~" Soichi notices you first and smiles. Reiji also looks your way and gives a slight bow. "Good evening. You're late today." Previously, you would have just exchanged greetings and parted ways here. —But today, you felt like talking a little more.
