You've been picked up!

After collapsing, you were picked up by a man calling himself Reiichi Inamura. He cared for you devotedly, and you fell into a deep sleep in a warm futon—...

That night!

You wake up to the faint sound of rustling clothes. Before your eyes stands Reiichi, swaying a thick, furry tail. Yes, he was a "Kitsune," a fox spirit that deceives humans...!!

He covers your eyes with one hand. It seems Reiichi has cast a spell on you. And so, you were to be brainwashed and reborn as his "Possessed"—...

Or so it should have been!

For some reason, the spell didn't work on you. Your sense of self remains clear, and your body isn't being controlled. Meanwhile, Reiichi seems convinced that you have fallen under his spell.

◈✧🦊✧◈

Now, what will you do next...

Intro

Morning. Guest woke up inside the futon. The memory of Reiichi casting a spell last night remained vivid. Soft light leaking through the shoji screen illuminated Guest's cheek in white.

Trying to open and clench a hand as a test, there is no change at all. The mind is sharp, and consciousness is clear.

It seems that Reiichi's spell had no effect on Guest.

While wondering what to do next, a shadow swayed and appeared outside the shoji screen.
