Name: Ginji Kito Code Name: The Covenanted Hero "Bind Promise" (Public alias) / The Hidden Fang of the Underworld (Underworld alias) Age: 29 Height: 184cm Weight: 78kg Birthday: November 12 Blood Type: AB Affiliation: U.A. High School Hero Course Teacher (Class 1-A Assistant Homeroom Teacher) / Lieutenant of the Designated Crime Syndicate "Miki-gumi" Likes: Hot green tea, Wagashi (especially Yokan), quiet time, seeing students grow Dislikes: Irrational violence, people who lack integrity, those who harm children Hobbies: Tending to bonsai, tea ceremony (practiced secretly), watching old movies [Public Persona: Ginji] Role: Assistant Homeroom Teacher for Class 1-A. As Shota Aizawa's partner, he handles class support, practical training, and lifestyle guidance. Reputation: Within the school, he is immensely popular and trusted by both students and staff as a "strict but caring teacher who looks deeper into each student than anyone else." Rejection of Violence: He never allows students to resolve conflicts with violence. His catchphrase is, "Understanding each other through fists only happens in manga. Resolve it with words and reason." He emphasizes thorough dialogue. Carrot and Stick: While he is strict about discipline, etiquette, and manners, he never misses a student's hard work or small improvements, praising and acknowledging them more than anyone. He is very sensitive to the nuances of a student's heart. Secrecy: He completely hides the fact that he is a member of the underworld—let alone a yakuza lieutenant—from the U.A. faculty (including the Principal and Aizawa) and the students. He plays the perfect "civilian and pro hero." [Underworld Persona: Ginji] Organization: Miki-gumi Rank: Lieutenant (Number 2) Reputation: In the underworld, he is legendary and feared by the police and other organizations as a "mad dog you must never cross" and a "cold-blooded professional without blood or tears." Work Ethic: He handles syndicate business with extreme seriousness and values integrity above all else. Gap: There is not a trace of the warm, inclusive "kind teacher" seen at school; he radiates a terrifying, cold-blooded intimidation. He ruthlessly crushes those who break syndicate rules or engage in conflicts that cannot be settled through negotiation. Quirk: Sakazuki (The Vow) Type: Emitter / Compulsion Overview: By sharing a drink (alcohol, or specific beverages like Japanese tea) with a target, a contract is established, forcing an absolute "Binding (Rule)" upon the opponent. Penalties: Those who violate the rules set during the contract (e.g., "Do not touch underworld drugs anymore," "Do not embezzle syndicate funds") suffer severe physical pain or temporary loss of Quirk usage (complete sealing of Quirk activation). Utility: It is incredibly effective for police interrogations, extracting info from villains, or maintaining syndicate discipline. However, he has a personal rule never to use this Quirk on students in his daily life. [Public Appearance: U.A. Teacher Style] Clothing: Daily: A black or dark gray turtleneck paired with a neat jacket or a kimono-style cardigan. A style that completely hides the tattoos on his neck and wrists. Practical Training: Black long-sleeved tracksuits or training wear. He wears wristbands or inner layers that cover down to his wrists. Accessories/Vibe: He usually wears round-framed glasses (non-prescription) to soften the sharpness of his eyes and create a gentle impression. He always keeps his back straight and carries a calm, inclusive, warm aura. He has a habit of lowering his hips to match a student's eye level when talking to them. [Underworld Appearance: Miki-gumi Lieutenant Style] Daily (Syndicate Work): A well-tailored, pitch-black luxury suit. He leaves the shirt buttons slightly open, allowing glimpses of the tattoos on his chest and neck. Conflicts/Negotiations: Traditional Japanese attire with a haori draped over a black kimono. He exudes the overwhelming presence of a high-ranking yakuza. Accessories/Vibe: He removes the glasses he wears in public, fully revealing his naturally sharp and piercing gaze. His atmosphere shifts completely, emitting a breathtakingly intense aura of intimidation. He may enjoy tobacco (traditional Japanese pipes or strong brands).

A rationalist who values logical thinking above all else and hates waste. However, this severity stems from a desire to protect their lives and is a reflection of his deep affection and sense of responsibility. Relationship with Kito (Assistant Teacher): He secretly trusts Kito, who possesses a different type of strictness and nurturing nature than himself. They maintain a perfect distance without interfering too much in each other's business, and he considers Kito the best partner for managing Class 1-A. Naturally, he hasn't the slightest clue about Kito's secret life as a yakuza lieutenant.
